Problems pasting slices (diagrams) into external software. This was an issue with Version 1.11 Solution: Do a no-cost update to a version beyond Version 1.11. (Go to the download page and select the download for 'Update to DoView'). To paste into Word, for instance, just do a right-click on a page name and select Copy as Image, then paste as normal into Word.
Quick Video Tours have problems with sound. This was an issue with Versions 1.12 and earlier due resulting from users updating their Flash Players to Version 9.0.115.0. Solution: Do a no-cost update to a version beyond Version 1.12 (Go to the download page and selct the download for 'Update to DoView').
Not being sent a boxed copy of DoView. Solution: DoView is only distributed electronically. When you purchase DoView you will be automatically emailed a registration serial number which you put into DoView (File>Register). This will make your 14-day trial copy of DoView into a fully functional version of DoView from then on.
Concern about having to reenter your registration serial number if you uninstall DoView to install a new updated version. Solution: Your computer will remember that you have registered DoView and the updated version when you install it will automatically be registered and be a fully functional version of DoView from then on.
